I used Alchemy for the sketch, 3Ds MAX for modeling, Keyshot for the renders, Photoshop for compositing and detailing.
Workflow inspired from the robo-art of the great Josh Nizzi, texturing and details are inspired from glorious T-65 X-wing starfighter.
